My private incall is located in a Richfield, right off a major hwy. I do have a secondary location one week out of the month in Kingfield area, close to Lake Calhoun in Minneapolis. Both locations are available for GFE. These are private, secure locations.
For gentlemen with an insatiable appetite and a desire to have me exclusively - I am happy to visit you wherever you may be. Allow me to accompany you on business trips or entertain you during our own pleasurable retreat.

Domestic Travel outside of the Northeast U.S. - a 4-6 hour minimum(depending on region) + travel expenses. Please inquire for more details.

International Travel - a 24 hour minimum + travel expenses. Please inquire about my daily international rate.

For domestic flights over 2 hours and for all international flights, business or first class accommodations are required to ensure that I arrive feeling refreshed with an impeccable disposition. Travel expenses will include black car airport transfers so that I am available immediately upon arrival for your pleasure. Accommodations must include a 5 star hotel. These expenses will be itemized on the invoice provided to you for transparency.

Cancellation Policy

I do understand life happens, and I am sensitive to this. Often, as long as you let me know as soon as possible that you need to cancel, I am generally pretty understanding and lenient. Although, friends who take advantage of that will be asked to see someone else. In the rare instance that I ever need to cancel last minute, I usually make it right in one way or another, as I sometimes expect it from you. That being said, cancellations do have a significantly negative impact on my schedule, as I'm sure it may yours, and I reserve the right to implement the following cancellation fees on any cancelled date at my discretion.

*I prefer Venmo and Cash App. (Username will be given when applicable, and after you have been verified.

Digital payments are subject to apps processing fees of $25

$100 fee for all non VIP sessions

$200 for all VIP sessions

50% of rate for all GFE sessions

This is to be paid immediately upon canceling and not further than 24 hours after scheduled appointment.

Failure to provide payment will not only be a penalty of not being able to schedule with me again, if I choose to schedule again, and the fee has not been paid the original cancellation fee will due immediately before booked appointment is scheduled.

Note: NOT added to donation value of future booked appointment.
If you’re having an amazing time and wish to extend a date, be prepared to present the additional donation before we proceed. Please refer to my in date extensions on my consideration page.
Yes, we can still meet! I AM NEWBIE FRIENDLY!! If your references are outdated or you are a newbie I can screen you with your RW info + Work Verification. If you have any reservations about providing me with personal information we are not compatible.
These are both FS sessions with different formalities. VIP is for those who want the best of both worlds, with a session that involves FBSM and a FS ending. GFE is for the client that wants to forgo the body rub, and head straight to the bed without any intimate limitations (Refer to #14 for my personal boundaries.) GFE includes kissing, pleasure for both parties, etc. VIP is a FS ending, but w/o kissing and the "extras." If you still can't read between the lines, feel free to email me directly.
I mainly accept cash. *Cashapp and *Venmo are accepted as well!

*Restrictions Apply!! (If you would like to pay for your entire meeting with Cashapp or Venmo at the time of booking please include +25 for paying through an app. This option is only available if we have made prior arrangements and you mention this at the time of booking.
If you provide me with references the time that it would take me to screen you would depend on how quickly you provide me with the proper information. It also depends on how fast your references respond to me.

I do encourage you to get screened as soon as possible. If you're a newbie (no references, old or outdated references) I can have you screened & verified within 15 minutes as long as you're willing to provide personal information.
Yes, you still have to be screened. Although, having Ok's and writing reviews are great and makes it easier for me to screen you, You would still have to go through my screening process. My screening process is not only for my safety, but for your safety as well. If you have a problem with being screened, I may not be the provider for you.
I will happily provide an honest reference for you to other providers following our meeting.

I typically allow 1-2 references per each time we meet, within one year of our most recent date. This ensures the most up-to-date information for safety and discretionary purposes.

When you list me as a reference for other providers, please email me to let me know when and who I should expect to hear from. I will not release any reference information until I have your explicit approval to do so.
Yes, I am available on short notice and more often than not I have same day availability.

For new clientele:

As references can take 1-2 business days to respond, receiving your phone number as well as ID or Linkedin is Ideal for fast-tracking a last-minute booking. I very much respect clients who prefer to keep a low-profile and conceal their identity, but waiting on a reference may postpone scheduling, making a same-day appointment less likely.
Rudeness, Negative post that you make on the boards towards me or any other provider, Dangerous blacklist reports, Asking me for BBFS, No Call No Show, Explicit talk through PM, Email, Text or Phone Calls, Bad Hygiene, Sending Unsolicited Pictures, Price Haggling, Showing up to a meeting with me under the influence of drugs or alcohol, lying during the screening process, Not respecting my time or my rules.
No Greek, BBFS, COF, CIM, DFK( I only offer LFK), I will NEVER ever do BBFS, this not only unsafe but disrespectful to my rules and personal boundaries.

I enjoy and get along with personalities of all types, but my ideal suitor is over 33, kind and respectful, sincere, generous, considerate, well-groomed. If you are under the preferred age, for younger suitors (27 yrs +) this will be a case by case basis. If you are looking to impress me, you must have 2 reputable references (provider must have a web presence on TER and/or P411) that are within the 6 months to be considered.
Personal hygiene is important and I make an abundant effort to be well groomed and fresh for my new friends. Kindly ensure you are thoroughly showered and have fresh breath so we can relax and enjoy ourselves. A well trimmed man (downstairs), is always appreciated. If you are doing a FS (VIP or GFE) session, some performance might be hindered if you are not groomed below the belt.

Off the Clock Dates
While I certainly want my clients to enjoy the time we spend together I do not participate in off the clock dates so please do not ask. I also do not participate in extended email, text or phone call chats with clients. If you want extended communication, we can discuss a separate package and donation.
